    Abstract
    In order to satisfy the future space transportation tasks, the New Generation Changzheng Launch Vehicle (NGCLV) is being developed nowadays.  The NGCLV has introduced many new technologies and has more transport ability. The same time, many new requirements are brought forward to the telemetry system of the NGCLV.  In order to adapt to the new task, the telemetry system adopts several new technologies, such as high bit rate, channel coding, encryption techniques and so on.  All these new technologies represents future telemetry of Changzheng launch vehicle.  This paper introduces every new technology and their engineering application schemes detailedly on the base of telemetry system design of the NGCLV.  Most of these technologies and application schemes are validated by special experiments.  The integration validation will be done in the system tests by the end of this year.
