    Abstract
    NASDA, the forerunner of the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), has measured in-flight space-environment data received from monitors on board satellites.
    It has been required small size, lightweight, and low electric power for the monitoring system. The total dose for microelectronics measurement system has been developed. ETS-V satellite, which was launched on 27 August 1987 in GEO and its operation was finished on 12 September 1997, had the monitoring system of the degradation by the total dose on ICs (CMOS technology 4049 and TTL technology 54LS04). The Vth degradation data for 10 years were acquired. This result indicates the correlation between high energy electrons in GEO during solar minimum period and the Vth degradation. 56 small total dose sensors were mounted in several experimental modules in the Tsubasa (MDS-1) satellite, flying in a highly eccentric orbit from February 2002 to September 2003. The total dose was measured by the small dosimeter utilizing RADFET (Radiation-Sensitive Field Effect Transistor) s. In the last IAC, I already presented a system for SOHLA-1 satellite. Another system for SDS-1, which is a small demonstration satellite -1 will be launch in 2008, is described in this presentation. The small sensor devices and 7 channel data handling unit has been developed. In final paper, this measure system concept and test results are reported.
