    Abstract
To support satellite operation and various space activities including manned space flight, alert and forecast based on solar and space plasma observation is under study. Solar energetic particle event is important issue on satellite malfunction and radiation control for astronaut.
We are building trial scheme for space weather alert to support space system operation. Solar flare and particle alert based on real-time data of GOES spacecraft distribute real-time alert message via e-mail and mobile phone. To evaluate solar activity and flare prospect, synthesized analysis of chromospheric structure, photospheric structure, X-ray and EUV images and radio burst data are useful. In this talk, possibility and future requirement of solar flare and particle alert including for manned space activity are reviewed.
