    Abstract
Action of cosmonaut is depending from of the state and from external conditions. Experimental definition of influence of the specified factors before performance of mission of flight or in general is impossible or can be executed with some approximation. Therefore of particular value is the theoretical definition of influence of factors of long space travel. Decision making by the cosmonaut depends from time spent for information processing which came into the cosmonaut and which is dependent from conditions of space flight. This time is time of delay which can cause instability of process of decision making and creation of an emergency. Definition of area of stability of various systems of regulation usually carry out with the help of transfer functions and the amplitude phase characteristics. Methodology of application of these characteristics is well developed for technical systems. For space systems such characteristics practically are absent because of complexity of the description of processes of behaviour of the person first of all. The elementary theoretical solution of task about transfer functions of system manmachine are known now. The success of the solution of a task about stability of space manmachine systems which may be suitable for conditions of space flight depends on the theoretical solution of a problem of the description of behaviour of the person.
Equation a condition of the cosmonaut is used for the first time that has allowed to expand opportunities of methods of the theory of automatic control on space manmachine systems essentially. This approach has enabled to predict supernumerary situations in the spaceflight, connected with decision making by cosmonauts at various external and internal perturbations.
Conclusions. Areas of stability of acceptance of decisions of the cosmonaut as the element of space manmachine system are received at influence of the following conditions of space flight the long flight, a conditions of the limited space, a gravitational field distinct from terrestrial, vibrations and other specific conditions, and also of the change of the motivation of the work with consideration for individual properties of the cosmonaut of the mobility of nervous processes, of the quantity of a constant of time and of the amount of information retained by memory after sufficiently long period of time.
The theoretically received formulas enable to control quality of decision making process by the cosmonaut on the basis of the theory of automatic control.
