    Abstract
    The Russian university concept of Lunar Research Mobile Base (LRMB) formation - zero cycle of manned base of the future is developed.
    The Russian alternative of lunar base cannot copy ambitious expensive american program intended not so much on creation of a new class of carriers and repeated reproduction of flight by Apollo, but on maintenance and expansion of space industrial sector. But it should not repeat and the Russian lunar programs of thirty-year prescription. It is necessary to find the certain innovative parts bringing new quality in the program, fitting strategic course of rocket-space technics.
    Such elements can be:
    -perspective introduction of rocket fuel metane - oxygen which can be terrestrial or received by processing of a lunar ground;
    -division of a freight traffic the Earth - the Moon - the Earth on stages with terrestrial and lunar fuel;
    -minimization of joinings quantity;
    -transition from apollo monosystem to launches of the future station elements assembled in an orbit or on surface of the Moon, and served by the uniform carrier of type Proton-M;
    -construction of a life-support system basically on lunar resources, including made on robot-technical stage of the lunar program before landing crew;
    -use of the straight-combine method (without accumulation) at processing a lunar ground with solar heat-power supply;
    -use of lunar shuttle-refueller on lines the Earth - the Moon and back through an orbit of the artificial satellite of the Moon, and direct flight surface of the Moon - surface of the Earth;
    -repeated application of rocket modules on components metane - oxygen with terrestrial and lunar refuellings.
    In the report types of the lunar machines representing stages of technological process of work of station on extraction Helium-3 and components of lunar fuel for life-support system are presented.
    In a complex these measures, updating principles of mission, approximate laboriousness of primary robot-technical stage of lunar station to laboriousness of creation of a piloted circumterraneous complex.
