    Abstract
In the 21st century, space activities have more influence towards the world society, economics, culture and environment. Every country in the world has to pay more attention on space benefits by especially using “the notion of International Cooperation” as a crucial element for sustainable development in many areas including the Space field. Therefore, in order to promote sustainable space development and to solve space conflicts within the Southeast Asian region, all ASEAN nations should enhance regional space cooperation among them as soon as possible. Because regional space cooperation can assure equal rights to space benefits, it does not limit returns only to the first beneficiary or the first user who receives space benefits. In the end, the total space benefits will be spread to other cooperating countries equally.
