- Abstract
Now in Japan, Liberal Democratic Party, ruling party, drafts and plans to submit the fundamental law on the space activities to the National Diet. The aim of this law is to set the basic rules for establishing Japanese space policy as a whole on the national level. In this article, the author will introduce this draft law and analyse it from some viewpoints, such as its purposes, basic policies, Japanese policy making structure, implication, etc.
