STUDIES ON NATIONAL SPACE LAWS AND POLICIES IN ASIA PACIFIC REGION In this paper I would try to cover the following Aspects Recommendations of UNOOSA for all the countries to enact National Space Legislations. Status of National Space Laws in various Asia Pacific region countries. Salient features of various space law regimes in the region History of various space law regimes in the region and their effects in respective countries Comparative study of various space law regimes in the region with reference to regimes of countries with advanced National Space Law Regimes Comparative study of various studies, policies and directives being pursued in significant tops like Space Transportation, Launching, Disaster Management, Remote Sensing, Space Tourism, Government and Private Sector Undertakings and Times of Armed Conflicts In conclusion I will try to enlist various steps I think will enhance the regional co-operation Like Prevention of duplication of resources spent in Researcg and Development Common Utilization of Space Assets of different countries and many others ways to bring the benefits of space technology to the entire region with affordable costs for everyone
