- Abstract
With the development of space science technology , the trend of commercialization of space activities is progressive and obvious. The space law will confront many challenges, at one time, it will exploit other fields and solicitate a good many legal issues. This paper will elucidate these new legal aspect by pointing out the conception relating to the commercialization of space activities, indicating the legal foundation. The legal issues involve listed below: the property and bear of responsibility; the protection and consummation relating to insurance and property rights; the administration mode of commercialization system; the admittance and permission of the private-owned capital; the contract about space activities. The author specialize the domestic legislation in many countries. It the purpose of this paper to promote the international legislation and China legislation about the commercialization of space activities, to appeal the harmony in the legislation, furthermore to develop the commercialization of space activities.
