- Abstract
USA and China destroyed their own satellites by missiles in recent years. It arises several legal issues such as their legality, impact on the space environment, obligation of consultancy, peaceful use of outer space, weapons and arms race in outer space etc. The article intends to discuss these issues and to make proposals to solve the problems.
