Abstract

Currently, the countries of Latin America and Caribbean rank top on the world’s largest gender gap; Mexico takes part in this ranking; it also has disturbing numbers, since 51.4\% of the Mexican population are women, at the same time the 97\% of the Science and Technology jobs are occupied by men.

However, we have the mission of involving girls into {\bf STEM} (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) with a space approaching, creating enough feminine role models, as well as \textit{actions to encourage woman} and their involving into these areas that for many years have been dominated by men.

The objective is to create a direct impact on the female population, through workshops, conferences, recreational and scientific activities with subjects like Aeronautics, Astrobiology, Astronomy, Astrophysics, Coding, Robotics, etc.; always bearing in mind the huge creativity of the girls and increase it through experimentation and scientific model.

The world is on constant change and it’s urgent to offer the same conditions of professional and personal development in an equal way, for this is necessary to provide the necessary tools that will help them to impact on their lives, their environment, their country and the space sector.

Furthermore, we have started actions to motivate the girls of our society by means of the mentioned activities,  at the same time, to create a greater impact, we have created strategic alliances with associations like Epic Queen, which takes action on the gender gap with STEM; also we have created alliances with popularizers of Science, who contribute into more \textit{dynamical and interesting material for the girls.}

We contribute to \textbf{reduce the huge gender gap}, as well as position girls in Space, Scientific and Technology sectors, that will cause significant and exponential growth in the industries. 

The actions that we have developed with the girls have presented an important impact in their way to see and study the world; also with our development of vanguard technologies, will contribute to the technological, social and interactive link in which we all are immersed.

Our initiative has a special target: \textit{vulnerable groups of girls in Mexico}, not only because of being a woman but also because belonging to indigenous groups or because of their financial situation. 
That's how we create an impact in all of our society, \textit{without barriers and limits so they can reach the wonders of the Cosmos.}
