    Abstract
    The Aerospace field in case of El Salvador is certainly a new-fangled industry, its exploration demands deep, properly and increasingly investments to successfully achieve goals to become a well-recognized Aerospace Nation, not only to turns the country as a great nascent hub in the heart of the Americas but also to achieve prominent projects of Science and Technology development. In route with such previous argument, ESAI represent the country’s legal authority that aims to support diverse needs for a mixed gender education model where the inclusiveness, engaging, and enjoyable opportunities coexist toward innovation in the education, industry, government, and the world inclusion toward Central America in the coming years. In this study, ESAI considers education as the main root statement where promotion of pioneering and noticeable female participation. The present document aims to remark not only concurrent progress in terms of women’s contribution but also include the international cooperation for skills development. The methodology applied in this study encourage an empirical research model as a reference of experiences observed from other education systems, top industry expertise and how new skills or and training are acquired. The model describes how El Salvador should set up a visionary and strategy plan to reach diversity, integrity and cooperation to cape the talent’s shortages and comprehensively motivate to reshape a better investment in education; in short, ESAI in Central America seeks the female talent as a gender out of contributing in the Aerospace activities. The study intents to find mechanism to support better inclusive programs. The paper denotes how the Aerospace industry in El Salvador could help to deal with social issues such as, migration, crimes, poverty, accessing to vital services, security, etc. all the previous statement may be solved by acquiring top & higher and well recognized educational programs. The authors, propose a STEM education model which potentially engage the recruitment and retaining personnel to observe in Central America a commitment of standardizing its education system in order to reach objectives, prioritize use of resources and measure the return on investment when using a STEM-related initiatives concerning the exploration of Aerospace. The research is a novel introduction regarding the upcoming efforts for the development of El Salvador and its Aerospace program that allows a milestone of positive success.
